With a deep foundation in ancient and modern practices, Shannon holds Level 2 certifications in both Kundalini and Babaji’s Kriya Yoga, alongside specialized training in Wim Hof Breathwork, the Sky Breath course through the Art of Living Institute, and a certification as a Health Coach through the Health Coach Institute. Her passion is playing her gong, meditation, and chanting. She creates a sanctuary of frequency that is not just heard, but felt. Driven by a lifelong passion for nature, Shannon also successfully summited Mount Kilimanjaro in 2022. Having travelled the world to immerse herself in diverse cultures and spiritual traditions, Shannon thrives on meeting new people and embracing the unknown. Her work is fueled by a love for our world and the human spirit. She looks forward to sharing what she has learned along her journey.
