  • We begin with an intention-setting practice at the trailhead, calling in the Elements and Spirits of Nature—Earth, Air, Fire (Sun), Water, and the Spirit of Place—to walk with us.

  • As we move through the landscape, you’ll be guided with breathwork, sensory awareness, and subtle energetic forest bathing practices. This helps your body settle, your mind quiet, and your intuition come forward.

  • Channeled messages, symbolic reflections, or intuitive prompts may arise naturally through our interactions with the land and elemental energies.

  • The journey closes with gentle grounding and integration, offering you clarity, next steps, or continued practices to support your intention after the session.

  • 1-hour private sessions; longer journeys available upon request.

  • Semi-private or group experiences can be arranged with adjusted pricing

  • Locations vary, with focus on natural spaces in Ottawa-West.

  • Offered year-round, with seasonal adjustments for safety and weather.
