What to Expect
Working with helping spirits, I channel the messages you are meant to receive through sound and crystal codes.
The session is intuitively guided and may weave together Tibetan singing bowls, drums, rattles, and organic elements such as leaves, water, and breath—creating a living soundscape that speaks directly to your body and the deeper layers of your psyche.
Crystals may be placed on or around your body or arranged in a grid within the space, working in harmony with sound to ground, clear, and attune your energetic field.
Rather than “doing,” you are invited simply to receive—allowing sound and vibration to move where words cannot.

Sessions are priced as one hour personalized experiences.
Sound and Stone sessions with a themed focus are also available for groups, where collective energy amplifies the intention. Reach out to discuss adjusted session format and pricing.
Subsequent or regular sessions allow for deeper meditative states and increase receptiveness of what is needed to come through.
Sessions are offered in-person only. In-person experiences allow physical vibration to travel through your body, supporting deeper release, grounding, and integration. Crystal energies are also felt more clearly in-person.
In-person locations may vary and could include an additional fee.
Sessions held outdoors—in forests, by water, or on land open to the sky—can be especially grounding and powerful.
